「ワークスペース」 — mail rooms

/channels — a Gmail or Outlook room |
Mail (Gmail / Outlook, 「自分のアカウントをつなぐ」): the left column shows a 「Gmail」 or 「Outlook メール」 tag and a 「自分のアカウントをつなぐ」 button; the sheet has a 「メール」 and a 「カレンダー」 section. The 「メール」 section connects your own Gmail or Outlook through a connection you authorized yourself (private) in /settings/connections — the sheet lists each such connection by name with 「この Gmail をつなぐ」 or 「この Outlook をつなぐ」; with none it shows only the link 「連携の画面で Gmail か Outlook をつなぐ」. Which mail becomes a room is chosen per mailbox with 「取り込むメール」 on its row under 「つないでいるメール」: Gmail offers 「メイン」 「プロモーション」 「ソーシャル」 「新着」 「フォーラム」 「迷惑メール」, Outlook offers 「優先」 「その他」 「迷惑メール」. By default only 「メイン」 (Gmail) or 「優先」 (Outlook) is on; at least one stays checked. A change applies from the next fetch; earlier mail and existing rooms stay as they are. Trash is never brought in. The first load brings in the latest 30 threads of the last 7 days of the chosen kinds; later fetches are incremental. Threads are grouped into one room per sender — a company's domain, or the address for free mail and colleagues (older rooms stay per thread); each thread shows its subject, replying in a thread goes to it, and the input box replies to the latest thread (bodies are cut at 20,000 characters). Reply goes to the sender of the latest message from someone else (its Reply-To if present), with the other To/Cc people on Cc, under the same thread, and 宛先 / Cc / 件名 are shown above the input box before you send (sending stays off while they cannot be read); a thread with only your own messages has nobody to reply to. In Outlook, delivery-failure notices (「Undeliverable: …」, sent from Exchange's system address MicrosoftExchange…@…) are never the reply target, so a thread holding only your mail and such a notice has nobody to reply to either; if Outlook still refuses a reply because that kind of mail cannot be answered, it says 「このメールには返信できません。配信不能の通知など、Outlook が返信を受け付けない種類のメールです。」. If the connection's authorization lapses, or you unlink or delete it in /settings/connections, the left column shows a 「Gmail を再認可」 or 「Outlook メールを再認可」 link (「再認可」 under the logo on a wide screen) and the sheet says 「Gmail の再認可が要ります」 or 「Outlook メールの再認可が要ります」 with a 「再認可」 link — both open /settings/connections, where you authorize it again (relinking brings the mailbox back). Deleting the connection removes its rooms. 「このメールを切断します」 removes its rooms from the list (mail in Gmail or Outlook stays). |
/channels — a mail room's input box, 「宛先を編集」 |
Choosing who gets the reply: 「宛先を編集」 above the input box opens 宛先 (To), Cc, and Bcc rows. Each person is a chip with an × to remove them; type a name or address to add someone — suggestions come from the people in that thread (its From, Reply-To, To, and Cc) and the tenant's members, and any address in e-mail form can be typed directly (Enter, , or ; adds it). At least one To is needed and up to 50 people in all; the same person is kept only once. 「自動の宛先に戻す」 returns to the automatic recipients. The edited recipients are kept per thread until you send or close the tab. Outlook: a reply's To cannot be changed (Outlook always replies to the original sender), so only Cc and Bcc can be edited (「Outlook の返信では宛先(To)を変えられません。…」). |
/channels — a mail message's 「転送」 |
Forwarding one mail: hovering a mail message shows 「転送」, which opens 「メールを転送」. Choose 宛先 / Cc / Bcc the same way (suggestions included), optionally write 「ひとこと(任意)」, and press 「転送する」 (「転送しました」). It is sent from your own address as a new mail with 「Fwd:」 on the subject: your note, your signature, a forwarded-message header (from, date, subject, to), then the original text. Attachments and HTML formatting are not forwarded — the text only. Outlook forwards to one To only; put anyone else in Cc or Bcc. A forward does not appear in the room. |
| 「自分のアカウントをつなぐ」 → 「つないでいるメール」 → 「署名」 | Signature: each connected mailbox has its own 「署名」 (up to 1,000 characters; 「署名を保存」). It is added at the end of every reply and forward from that mailbox, after one blank line; empty means none. The input box shows 「署名を付けて送ります」 with its first line and a 「署名を変更」 link to this sheet. Gmail's or Outlook's own signature is not read, and the signature is not shown in the sent message's row in the room. |
