Using the WebUI — the meeting evaluation

「分析」(ミーティングの評価)
The 「分析」 tab (after 「会議記録」, only on meetings that have a record) shows how the meeting went. It is made automatically about 5 minutes after the minutes are saved (a later save within that wait folds into one run), from the transcript, for meetings with 「AI アクセス」 and 「会議の分析」 ON; a meeting with 「AI アクセス」 OFF shows 「AI アクセスが OFF のため、分析していません」, and a meeting with no speech at all shows 「分析していません」 (a single speaker or a short meeting is still analyzed). During that wait it shows 「会議の確定を待っています。まもなく分析します」 and the creator can press 「今すぐ分析する」 to skip it. While it runs: 「分析しています」. Everyone who can see the meeting sees 「総括」, 「会全体」 (a pentagon of 活気 / 発言のバランス / ポジティブ度 / 前進度 / 集中度, each with a score out of 100, the reason, and a quote), 「推移」 (活気 and ポジティブ度 across six parts of the meeting), 「アクションアイテムのマップ」 (each action item from the minutes plotted by 重要度 (up) and 緊急度 (right), with circle size showing 見込みの手間 and color showing the owner, and the start of each item written beside its circle where there is room — press or hover a circle to read the item, owner, due date, and the three values; it appears only when the meeting has action items and was analyzed after this was added, so an older analysis needs 「再分析」), and 「ポジティブ」 / 「ネガティブ」; this shared part never names a person apart from the action items' owners (it says 「参加者」). 「参加者ごとの評価」 is shown only to the meeting's creator — per person: a pentagon of ハキハキ / 元気 / 積極性 / 反応・傾聴 / 簡潔さ, speaking share, number of turns and questions, 「良かった点」, 「改善点」, and, for the host only, 「進行への助言」 (face-to-face recordings have no host, so no advice). Someone who spoke very little (under 40 characters, e.g. only 「はい」) gets no per-person evaluation and is not counted in 発言のバランス; the host is always evaluated if they spoke. Guests never see it. There is no overall score. The values are AI estimates from the transcript, not a judgment of the person. 「再分析」 (「分析する」 if none yet) is for the creator only; it uses credits each time. Speaking speed and tone of voice are not measured. There is no live analysis during the call.
The text is written in the meeting's language (the 「会議の言語」 chosen for the meeting — an English meeting gets an English 総括, reasons and comments); the screen's headings and labels stay Japanese, and quotes are the original words. To change the language, change 「会議の言語」 before the meeting ends — it cannot be changed after.
「会議の分析」 switch (「設定」 tab, under 「AI アクセス」, also on ended meetings; only the creator and admins can change it — others see 「作成者と管理者だけが切り替えられます」; also when creating — in 「新しいミーティング」 and the calendar's 「ミーティングを追加」, under 「AI アクセス」 — and on the pre-join screen, in the 「パネルに出すもの」 box): OFF by default for new calls and webinars, so turn it ON for a meeting you want analyzed. Meetings made before this default changed, and face-to-face recordings, start ON. OFF stops the analysis for that meeting and hides any result already made — the 「分析」 tab then shows 「この会議の分析は OFF です」, and the creator and admins can press 「分析を ON にする」 there. Turning it back ON shows the earlier result again but does not start a new analysis by itself; if there is none, the creator presses 「分析する」. Exception: turning it OFF while an analysis is waiting or running ends that run and clears the result — back ON, the tab shows 「分析していません」 (「会議の分析が OFF」) and the creator presses 「再分析」. While OFF, 「再分析」 is refused with 「会議の分析が OFF のため、分析できません」. With 「AI アクセス」 OFF the switch is hidden, because nothing is analyzed anyway.
