#Slide decks — a .deck file in the files panel
The agent builds a deck with one asset call (action deck.create). It is a file .deck</code>, shown under
「作成したファイル」 and in the files panel; the ファイル screen lists it as 「スライド」;
decks are made in a conversation or from a PowerPoint file (below). Opening it shows 「編集」 (editors only) and 「発表」 (fullscreen); the 「…」 (「その他の操作」) next to them has 「発表者ビュー」 (opens a separate window with the current and next slide, 1 / N, an elapsed-time timer with 一時停止 / 再開 / リセット, the clock, 前へ / 次へ, 「スライドを全画面に」 and 「発表を終える」 while the deck is presented; the browser must allow pop-ups), 「pptx で保存」 (tables and charts stay editable) and
「PDF で保存」 (opens the browser's print dialog, one slide per page — choose "Save as PDF" there; also on shared pages).
On a narrow screen (a phone, or a narrow panel) the deck opens as a vertical list of every slide; tapping a slide presents from it.
While presenting, the cursor and 「発表を終える」 hide after 2 seconds without moving the mouse and come back when it moves (keys alone do not bring them back), and a thin bar at the bottom shows how far along you are. The 発表者ビュー window is always dark.
「編集」 opens the editor: slide rail (drag to reorder, 複製 / 削除,
「スライドを追加」; right-click a slide for 新しいスライド / 複製 / 上へ移動 / 下へ移動 / 削除), the stage (click a block to edit; drag the round handle above a selected block to rotate it — hold Shift for 15° steps; Shift / ⌘-click or drag across the slide to select several blocks, ⌘A selects every block on the slide, and the selection moves, deletes, duplicates and copies together; right-click a block for 切り取り / コピー / 貼り付け, 複製, 最前面へ / 前面へ / 背面へ / 最背面へ (several blocks: each steps past its unselected neighbour, plus the alignments), and 削除, or right-click an empty spot for ここに貼り付け / すべて選択, 元に戻す / やり直す, and 新しいスライド / スライドを複製 / スライドを削除 for the current slide; paste an image with ⌘V or drop image files onto it — PNG / JPEG / GIF / WebP), and the right panel (テーマ, 部品 — 画像 uploads
a picture —, スライドの背景, 位置と大きさ with 最前面へ / 背面へ (⌘↑ / ⌘↓), 体裁 with ほかの色, 回転 / 不透明度 / 書体 / 斜体・下線 / 縦寄せ, グラデーション / 枠線 / 角丸 / 影 for cards and shapes, 見出しの行の文字色 / 縞の色 / 罫線の色 for tables, 強調の色 and 記号の色 (自動 follows the text color), and データを編集 for table/chart cells (paste from a spreadsheet), column widths (等分に戻す), and series colors; with several blocks selected, 「N 個を選択中」 shows 左揃え / 左右中央 / 右揃え / 上揃え / 上下中央 / 下揃え and 横に等間隔 / 縦に等間隔 (three or more) plus the four stacking buttons instead; no speaker notes). Edits save automatically (保存しています / 保存済み);
if someone saved first, your changes are re-applied on top. ⌘Z / ⇧⌘Z undo and redo up to 50 steps; 「編集終了」 goes back.
An uploaded image that is no longer on any slide goes to 「ゴミ箱」 (<code>/files/trash</code>) on the next save (not within 10 minutes of uploading) and is deleted after 30 days; undoing it back onto a slide within that time restores it. Deleting a deck sends its uploaded images to the trash with it, and restoring the deck brings them back.
After the agent edits a deck, its reply shows 「修正したスライド」; 「修正前」 and 「この変更を取り消す」 compare and undo its edit. A reply that only changed the theme or deleted slides shows 「変更したデッキ」 with 「この変更を取り消す」 instead. Editing a non-attached deck from another conversation asks for approval.</p>
<h3 id="a-powerpoint-file-pptx-スライドで編集"><a class="anchor" href="#a-powerpoint-file-pptx-スライドで編集" aria-hidden="true" tabindex="-1">#</a>A PowerPoint file (<code>.pptx</code>) → 「スライドで編集」</h3>
<p>Opening a <code>.pptx</code> from the ファイル screen or the files panel shows 「スライドで編集」 above the slides. It converts the file into a new deck (<code><name>.deck</code>, same folder and sharing as the pptx; the pptx itself stays as it is) and opens the deck's page, where 「編集」 works as above. Text, shapes, lines, tables, supported charts and pictures carry over; what could not is listed in one line such as 「SmartArt 1 個・動画と音声 1 個は移せませんでした」 (also: グラフ, 画像, 埋め込みオブジェクト, ノート, スライド外の要素, その他の要素 — a slide too large to read comes over as an empty slide in its place). A broken file, or one over the size limit, shows an error under the button instead. In chat, asking the agent to fix a pptx makes it convert the file into a deck in that conversation first.</p>
