「ワークスペース」

Where What you can do
/activity 「アクティビティ」. Your own activity and your rank within the tenant (other people's numbers are never shown, only your rank and the head count). Top to bottom: 熟練度 (Lv.1–100 by completed tasks; Lv.L needs (L-1)² completions, so 1 → Lv.2, 81 → Lv.10, 9,801 → Lv.100; a title every 10 levels: 足軽・侍・組頭・物頭・侍大将・家老・城主・大名・大老・将軍; plus the current streak, longest streak and lifetime time saved), 「今月の動き」 (4 cards — メッセージ / スレッド / 起動時間 / 削減時間 — with the change vs the same elapsed days of the previous period, e.g. Oct 1–7 vs Sep 1–7, and 「上位 N%」 when 5+ people are ranked; the 「今日」 / 「今週」 / 「今月」 switch sits at the right of this heading and changes only these 4 cards and 「よく使ったスキル」), 「活動頻度」 (the daily grid for the last year; moved here from the new-chat page, which no longer shows it), 「活動リズム」 (weekday × hour for the last 12 weeks), 「よく使ったスキル」 (top 5 completed skills in the period), 「バッジ」 (14, earned by completions, streaks, time saved and level; unearned ones show the condition and progress). The first visit after a level-up shows 「Lv.N に上がりました」 once
/later 「あとで」. A personal list of things saved to look at later: messages, conversations, skills, apps, tables, files, SIROE pages, and meetings. Save with the 「「あとで」に保存」 button (the bookmark on a message bubble, a conversation's top bar, the header of a skill / app / table / file / SIROE page, or the checkbox in a conversation or meeting row's 「…」); pressing it again removes it. Two tabs: 「保存中」 (up to 200) and 「完了」 (up to 100; the oldest are dropped past that); the number by each tab is its count. Rows are grouped under 「今日」「昨日」「過去 7 日」「過去 30 日」「それ以前」 by the day saved (on 完了, the day completed), and each row says which time it shows (「1 分前に保存」 / 「1 分前に完了」). Each row has 「完了」 (「保存中に戻す」 on 完了) and, in its 「…」, 「「あとで」から外す」 (on a phone, below the text); a notice right after offers 「元に戻す」. Row checkboxes select several for 「まとめて完了」 (on 完了: 「まとめて保存中に戻す」) / 「まとめて外す」, without 元に戻す. Clicking a row opens the item (a message jumps to its spot). Items you can no longer open (deleted, or access lost) are neither listed nor counted. Only you see your list, and saving does not change what the agent remembers. Message pins moved here (/pins redirects to /later)
/channels 「チャンネル」. Details are in references/webui-workspace-channels.md — the channel list, posting, mentions, and the AI in a channel
/bots 「ボット」 (sidebar 「エージェント」 group). A bot bundles instructions, skills, tool groups, knowledge labels, a model tier and reasoning strength (思考時間), and example prompts. A custom bot's tier and strength override the input box in its chats (of the standard bots only 「fast」 is fixed to the fast tier and low strength; the other four follow the input box). Lists 「自分のボット」, 「グループのボット」, 「テナントのボット」, and read-only 「標準のボット」 (5: 「PC」「fast」「リサーチ」「添削」「資料作成」). Pick its face in 「アバター」 (36 pixel avatars); a bot left unpicked gets one from its ID. The face shows everywhere the bot appears. Create with 「+」, copy with 「複製して編集」. Writing on a bot's page starts a chat bound to it, limited to its tools, skills, and knowledge, with the user's own permissions. 「このボットとの会話」 lists your past chats with it — started on the page or by @ from another chat (「@ で呼び出し」) — by date, 20 per page. Unchecking 「メモリ」 stops it reading or writing memory. Chat works too (「〇〇のボットを作って」, or changing instructions, skills, tool groups, knowledge labels), each write after an approval card. Sharing, deleting, and turning off stay on this page. 「共有する」 shares to 「テナント全体」 or one of your groups (members need member sharing on); 「共有をやめる」 returns it to the creator. The creator and admins/managers edit or unshare a shared bot. Standard bots can be turned off: the header's 「無効にする」 menu (「自分だけ無効」 / 「テナントで無効」 while off) holds 「自分だけ無効にする」 / 「有効に戻す」 (you) and 「全員に対して無効にする」 / 「全員に対して有効にする」 (everyone; managers and up). Only turning off asks for confirmation. A disabled one shows 「無効」, starts no chats, is not offered for channels; bound chats go on as normal ones. Clone bots (「影武者」): 「自分の影武者」 turns yours on or off and holds 「答えられる範囲」 (required when on, 200 characters), and 「影武者に使わせるもの」 picks the tool groups, connectors, skills, 「メモリへの書き込み」 (off by default) and up to 5 「呼べるボット」 it may ask — everything else is allowed by default. It also lists 「承認待ち」 questions, and 「自分が聞いた問い合わせ」 — the questions you asked other members' clone bots, newest first, with the owner's name (shown even while your own clone bot is off). While any questions to you are pending, its row in the list shows 「承認待ち <件数>」 instead of 「オン」/「オフ」. 「メンバーの影武者」 lists members whose clone bot is on, name and scope only (「承認制」, or 「承認なし」 if the owner skips approval for you); writing there asks it through ask_member. That member's page also lists 「前に聞いた問い合わせ」 (your earlier questions to them; hidden when there are none). A row opens /inquiries/, where the asker reads the status and the approved answer (never the draft), 「会話を開く」 opens the chat the question came from, and 「〇〇さんの影武者へ戻る」 returns to that member's page (「影武者へ戻る」 to your own page if their clone bot is off). In the chat, the ask_member card follows the question: 「答えが届きました」「却下されました」「期限までに承認されず、答えは届きませんでした」, with 「問い合わせを開く」. A question a workflow withdrew (the run ended or was cancelled) shows 「取り下げ」 / 「取り下げられました」, not 「取り消し」. Nothing goes out until the owner approves: the owner gets a push when the draft is ready (an email after 24 hours if still pending) and decides on /inquiries/ — 「承認して返す」 (the draft can be edited first) or 「却下」 with an optional reason. Operations needing approval follow the owner's approval mode (default, or the one picked in that chat) and 「常に許可」 grants; the card is in the inbox (「開いて承認する」 on the question page). While pending, the owner can write in the clone bot's chat (answer its questions, or have it redo the draft; its latest reply is the draft); after the decision, and in chats of bots it called, writing is closed. Undecided questions expire after 72 hours. Exception — 「承認なしで返す相手」: the owner picks members (per person only) on 「自分の影武者」 or with 「この人からは次から承認しない」 on the approval screen; their questions get the draft sent as-is about a minute after it is ready, with no push, shown as 「自動で返答」 and kept in the audit log.
/workflows 「ワークフロー」 (sidebar 「エージェント」 group). Details are in references/webui-workspace-workflows.md — creating, editing, running, versions and publishing, triggers, and the chat beside a workflow
/settings/computers 「コンピュータ」 (sidebar 「認証」 group). Shared cloud computers whose files stay between conversations (how they work: product.md). Create one by name (20 per workspace). Only the creator (「持ち主」) sees 「メンバーと設定」 on the row: add/remove members of this workspace (50), 「持ち主を渡す」 to one of its members (you stay on as a member), rename, delete. Deleting removes its files for every member and cannot be undone. If the owner leaves the workspace, the longest-standing member becomes the owner (with no members, the computer is deleted). Administrators also see 「ワークスペースのコンピュータ」 at the bottom: every computer in the workspace with its owner and member count, and a delete button (they cannot see its screen, files, or who the members are, and cannot add members or change the owner). 「画面を見る」 on a row shows its desktop live to the owner and members. It stays live only while someone is using the computer and for a minute after; otherwise press 「映す」. 「操作する」 lets you click and type on it yourself while no conversation is running a command (「返す」 gives it back; Japanese can be typed directly with your IME, and ⌘V / Ctrl+V pastes from your PC; details: product.md). A sleeping computer is not woken just to look, but 「起こして操作する」 wakes it and shows its desktop, whose bottom panel opens the text editor, LibreOffice, GIMP, Inkscape, OpenSCAD, and a terminal

From the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar, you can create additional personal workspaces (「ワークスペースを作成」). The limit is 2 personal ones — workspaces joined by invitation and organization accounts do not count. At the limit, the button is disabled with the reason.

「データ」

Where What you can do
/memory 「保存されている記憶」. There are 2 tabs — 「エージェントの記憶」 (passed to the agent in every conversation) and 「会話の記録」 (searched by the agent when past discussion is needed)
/settings/skills Business skills; /settings/skills/<名前> is one. Row 「…」: 「自分だけ無効にする」 / 「有効に戻す」 (anyone), 「全員に対して無効にする」 (admins and managers), and delete (not for bundled skills; 「スキルにする」「ブラウザ操作の手引き」「連携した SaaS を操作する」 cannot even be disabled). Tenant-disabled rows lack 「自分だけ〜」 (not overridable). Both 「〜無効にする」 ask for confirmation first; turning back on does not. The skill page's header has the same two in one 「無効にする」 menu. Check rows to disable (for yourself), re-enable, or delete in bulk. The detail has these switches by its name (re-enable there), 「手順を編集」 or 「自分用に編集する」, and a 「…」 to change display name, icon, labels, and code (「コードを編集」). 「チャットで直す」 (own skills) opens a chat to change it: say what to change, no input file needed. 「複製して直す」 (shared ones too) copies it whole under a new name, keeps the original, and opens that chat; 「複製だけする」 in the same dialog copies without opening one. Not for bundled or disabled skills. The procedure panel's 「ワークフローを作る」 turns the steps into a draft workflow and opens it (not for disabled skills). Your own skills can be shared tenant-wide or to a group (members included; sharing copies, yours stays; the row's 「…」 → 「<宛先>の共有をやめる」 deletes the copy you shared). Details have 「バージョン履歴」, even without scripts: one per edit or approved update from chat, newest 20 kept (fewer if very large). A version's 「変更を見る」 diffs it against the current one (body, steps, scripts); 「戻す」 restores it entirely (anyone who can edit; it discards everyone's unsaved drafts). The same works from chat: 「前のバージョンに戻して」 makes the agent list the versions and roll back after you approve its card. Updating never overwrites — the update proposal card says so, so there is no need to copy a skill before changing it. Files a skill's pre-save trial run newly writes go to tmp/ (collapsed in the file list, deleted after 7 days); a file it overwrote keeps its name
/apps 「アプリ」. Business apps. /apps/<アプリ ID> is a single app; /apps/<アプリ ID>/edit is the editor (on a wide screen, 「チャットを重ねる」 beside the 「チャット」 / 「プレビュー」 tabs floats the chat over the code so the preview stays open; 「右の列に戻す」 puts it back — same in a skill's editor). A deleted app stays in the trash (/apps/trash) for 90 days; its creator presses 「復元」 there to get it back with all its versions (own apps only, several by checking; no permanent delete). On /apps/<アプリ ID>, the visibility tag next to the name opens the visibility level, 「外部公開」 and 「他の人にも実行を許可する」 (creator only). 「コードを編集」, 「表示名を変更」, 「説明を変更」, 「アイコンを変更」 and 「アプリを削除」 are in the 「…」 at the top right. The list filters by search term (title, identifier, category) and label, both kept in the URL. The 「ラベル」 column on the left (chips above the list on a narrow screen) lists 「すべてのアプリ」, each label's count, and 「ゴミ箱」; clicked labels narrow to apps having all of them (click again to remove). A card's 「…」 or right-click offers 「開く」 / 「表示名を変更」 / 「説明を変更」 / 「アイコンを変更」 / 「ラベルを変更」 (disabled with the reason on others' apps). Checked cards go to the trash with 「まとめて削除」 (own apps only). An app whose buttons no longer match their table (a required column without input, or a missing column) shows 「要修正」, naming each button and the reason to people who can write the table (a deleted table, to everyone); its creator fixes it in chat. Only the creator edits the icon (a fixed set), labels (「+」 under the name picks or types one), name, and description. The description shows under the name (the agent's while empty). Visibility levels: 「自分のみ」 / 「グループ」 / 「テナント全体」. Publishing externally opens it to people not signed in at /p/<公開 ID>. Tabs: 「アプリ」 / 「利用の記録」 / 「会話」 / 「設定」; 「設定」 holds the embed tag for a registered site, credentials lent to server functions, and approved keys; notices sit below the app
「ナレッジ」 in /files The list of documents. Details are in references/webui-workspace-files.md — knowledge, searching, labels, folders shown as one, zip downloads.
/files Files in the ledger. Details are in references/webui-workspace-files.md — the file list, opening and comparing files, where meeting files go, the trash, labels, 公開範囲 and sharing (外部公開 included), and 「AI アクセス」 ON/OFF.
/database The list of tables. Details are in references/webui-workspace-database.md — the table detail, creating tables and columns, importing and exporting
/dashboard 「ダッシュボード」: charts and numbers aggregated from tables. 「新しいダッシュボード」 (or 「会話で作る」 while empty) opens one with its chat; 「Excel・CSV から作る」 imports a file as a table (a one-time copy) and opens a dashboard over it, the chat input holding a request to summarize it. A dashboard is a grid of panels (number, 8 chart kinds, table, note) with period and category filters, 「元に戻す」 and 「版の履歴」. Panels are added and changed in the chat (「金額は千円単位で」), one version per change. A panel's 「…」 has 「クエリを見る」 (its SQL), 「表を開く」, 「このパネルを会話で修正」. Panels over tables you cannot read show 「このパネルの表を読む権限がありません」, re-read within seconds when their table changes, and show 「同期が止まっています」 when its sync paused. Only the creator and administrators rename or delete (tables stay)

The trash (「ゴミ箱」), labels, 公開範囲, sharing (in the screen or in chat), and 「AI アクセス」 for files, knowledge, and tables are in references/webui-workspace-files.md.

記憶 (memory)

/memory has 2 tabs, split by when they are read.

  • The default is 「エージェントの記憶」. It is passed to the agent as is every time a conversation is opened. There are 3 kinds of sections — 「あなたについて覚えていること」 (included only in your own conversations and not visible to other members; this is the only one that grows during conversations), 「<グループ名>について覚えていること」 (shown per group you belong to, included for that group's members), and 「この会社について覚えていること」 (included for everyone in the tenant). The latter 2 are entered by hand, and only administrators and managers can edit them. In all of them you add, edit, or delete one entry at a time — or check rows for 「まとめて削除」 / 「まとめて移す」 (own entries; shared ones admins only) (each section shows its character limit. Write entries as facts)
  • Your own memory is separated per project — what is learned inside a project is included only in that project's conversations. Each project gets its own section 「「<プロジェクト名>」で覚えていること」 (own limit, 「開く」 to the project); the project's screen shows it as 「このプロジェクトで覚えていること」, editable there too. Move entries with 「横断へ移す」 / 「<プロジェクト名>へ移す」.
  • With 8+ entries a 「記憶を絞り込む」 box appears — keeps only entries containing the word (width and case ignored). Deleting a project deletes the memory learned only there (conversations remain. With 「アーカイブ」, memory remains too) — move facts you want to keep to cross-project memory (「横断へ移す」) first
  • Turning off 「記憶を使う」 on 「あなたについて覚えていること」 stops learning and reading it. A conversation in progress reflects it from the next one, or after an hour unused. Turning it off does not delete saved memory
  • The other is 「会話の記録」. It is the messages themselves, saved as conversations, and when past discussion is needed the agent searches here and cites the original text. It shows the number of conversations, number of messages, and the period; it can be searched by word, and each conversation can be opened to follow its messages (paged 50 at a time). Knowledge, skills, and files are on other screens
  • Only conversations the agent can search and cite are listed here (conversations you started yourself and those started from SIROE). Ones that don't appear have not disappeared; they are read on another surface — conversations inside an app (action presses, the inquiry desk, public-page visitors, app editing) are in 「このアプリから始まった会話」 on that app's detail page (app-editing conversations are also listed in the editor's left rail 「会話」, where you can switch between them or start over with 「新しいチャット」), skill editing is on the skill editor, trigger runs (scheduled runs, external triggers, service integrations) are in the run history at /settings/triggers/ (the conversation for that run opens in place), and work started from a channel is where it started (the connected service's detail / that channel; in a channel, the 3 newest are shown above the messages and 「すべて表示」 opens the full list). These lists page 50 at a time with the arrows at the top of the list or 「次の N 件」 at its bottom, so older items are reachable there too. Messages in channels themselves are not listed here — they are read in channels

「チュートリアル」 (/tutorials, in the bottom-left account menu, below 「お知らせ」)

Real chats on sample data (はじめの一歩 / Excel・CSV / ブラウザ / 文書・PDF・画像 / データベース / スキル / 自動実行 / ワークフロー / つなぐ・共有; 72 in all, e.g. 「売上を月別に集計する」); ブラウザ ones use practice pages where nothing typed is sent, and ワークフロー ones try one kind of workflow step each. ワークフロー has one per step kind (「『条件分岐』を試す」 …): the chat builds a small workflow named 「練習_…」 and runs its draft once; 「通知先へ送る」 needs a notification target in 設定の「通知」 first, and 「影武者を呼び出す」 needs a colleague whose 影武者 is on. A card uploads samples to your files (「練習_…」) and puts the request in a new chat's input (「はじめの設定」, the first one, selects the setup skill instead); you press send yourself. The title starts with 「練習: 」; a step card above the input ticks steps, then offers 「自分のファイルでやってみる」. On a PC-width chat, 「会話に重ねる」 beside its × moves it to the conversation's bottom-right (bottom-left while the panel floats too); 「入力欄の上に戻す」 returns it. Done ones get a check; 「次は「…」」 starts the next; 「先に「…」」 waits for that one. Real credits are used. 「練習で作ったものを片付ける」 at the bottom deletes practice conversations, samples, files (to trash), tables, apps, SIROE pages, skills, automations, workflows (to trash), memories, 「練習」 team chats and practice-site logins — not connected services.
