## 「ワークスペース」 — replying in channel rooms

| Where | What you can do |
| --- | --- |
| `/channels` → an external room's 「外部へ送信」 box | **Replying**: the input box is labelled 「外部へ送信」 with the destination; Enter adds a line break; ⌘+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows) or the send button sends immediately, with no confirmation step. **Attaching files (Slack and Chatwork rooms only)**: the clip button at the left of the destination label attaches up to 5 files to one message — uploaded from your computer (kept in 「ファイル」 so that only you can open them) or picked from 「ファイル」; you can also drag files from your computer and drop them anywhere in the room (in a thread, onto its input box); the text can be left empty when a file is attached. The files go to the service together with the text (up to 10 MiB per file on Slack, 5 MiB on Chatwork); on both they are posted by the connected bot with 「名前: 」 at the head of the text, even where a plain reply would be sent as you. In the room, the sent message shows the files as chips that open only for people who can read them in 「ファイル」. Other services have no clip button. **On a Slack or Teams channel, if you have authorized your own Slack / Microsoft Teams connection (private) in `/settings/connections` and it reaches that workspace or channel, the reply is posted as you through it**; otherwise (and on Chatwork, Google Chat, LINE official accounts, Messenger, Teams group and one-to-one chats) it goes out through the connected bot **under your own name** (on Slack the sender name is replaced; elsewhere 「名前: 」 is put at the head of the text). Each sent message shows 「送信中」 / 「送信済み」 / 「送信に失敗しました」 with 「もう一度送る」. **The agent cannot send to these rooms** — only a person can, from this screen, except 「AI の返信」 (next row). |
| `/channels` → an external room's 「外部へ送信」 box, `@` and `:` lists | **Typing `@` in a Slack or Chatwork room lists the room's members; choosing one notifies them in that service. A name typed by hand without choosing it from the list stays plain text and notifies nobody.** Very large rooms show only some members, and the list says so. Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, LINE, Messenger and mail have no `@` list. **Typing `:` and at least one letter lists emoji in every room you can send to** (`:` right after a letter or number does not open it, so times and URLs are safe); choosing one inserts the emoji. Slack rooms also list the workspace's custom emoji first, once the Slack app has been reinstalled with the `emoji:read` permission; a custom emoji shows as `:name:` in this app and as the image in Slack. Enter or Tab picks, Esc closes; sending stays ⌘ / Ctrl + Enter. |
| `/channels` — a room's header 「⋯」 → 「AI の返信」 | 「AI の返信」 in the room header's 「⋯」 chooses, per room, how far AI goes after a new message is labelled 「要対応」: 「返信が必要かの判定だけ」 (the default — only the label, as before), 「下書きを作る」 (AI writes a reply draft; a person sends it), or 「自動で送る」 (AI sends the reply **without approval, under the name of the person who saved the setting**). 「返し方の指示(任意)」 adds instructions for that room's replies (up to 1,000 characters, e.g. 「敬語で短く。納期を聞かれたら、担当から折り返すと伝える」). It is available only in chat rooms (Slack, Chatwork, Google Chat, LINE, Teams, Messenger, personal LINE, Messenger(個人)) — not in mail or calendar rooms — and not while 「AI アクセス」 is OFF; a personal LINE or Messenger(個人) room can be set only by the person who connected it, while a shared room can be set by anyone who receives it. The header then shows an 「AI 下書き」 or 「AI 自動返信」 tag. A draft appears above the input box as 「AI の下書き」 with the reason; 「使う」 puts it into the input box to edit and send, and 「破棄」 removes it (any newer message in the room also removes it — a reply from your side, or a new message from the other side, which AI judges again). AI writes a reply only when the latest message is from the other side. Personal LINE rooms are handed to AI only while set to 「下書きを作る」 or 「自動で送る」: AI then reads that room's recent messages to label it 「要対応」 and write the reply. Outside AI (MCP, the CLI) cannot change this setting. When the member who chose 「下書きを作る」 or 「自動で送る」 is removed from the workspace, the room goes back to 「返信が必要かの判定だけ」. **Even in 「自動で送る」, AI does not send anything about prices, fixing a schedule or deadline, contracts, payments, complaints, or personal data, or anything it cannot settle — those become a draft (「AI が判断を人に任せた内容のため、送らずに下書きにしました」).** At most 3 automatic replies are sent per room per hour; beyond that the reply becomes a draft (「自動返信の上限に達したため、…」), and a reply that could not be sent also stays as a draft. An automatically sent message shows 「AI が自動で返信」 under it. AI reads only that room's recent messages and the room's instructions (no other rooms, files, or knowledge), and a reply is not sent if someone answered while it was being written. **The reply follows the tone of the messages the sending person wrote themselves in that room** (casual if they write casually, formal if they write formally — automatic replies do not count); with none, it is written in a polite business tone. A wrong automatic reply is not taken back — correct it by sending a follow-up yourself. |
