## 「SIROE」 — `/siroe`

The knowledge surface. `/siroe/<ページ ID>` is one page. **A newly created workspace starts with one sample page, 「SIROE の使い方」, under 「全体」** (a short guide to the basics; edit or delete it freely). **「テキスト」 / 「キャンバス」 at the top switch between the block body and a whiteboard** (kept in the URL, so a link opens the same one). **On the canvas, selecting a sticky note, shape, or text shows 「文字」 in the floating toolbar** — text size (小 / 中 / 大 / 特大), text color, bold / italic / underline / strikethrough, and alignment (左寄せ / 中央寄せ / 右寄せ), applied to the whole text of the item (select several to change them at once; it cannot style only part of the text). **Files can be put on the canvas too** — drag and drop them onto it (placed where dropped), pick them with 「ファイルを置く」 in the left tool dock, or paste a copied image (⌘V; when something was copied on the canvas itself, ⌘V pastes that instead). Each becomes a reference card: images and videos are shown in it, and PDF / Excel / Word / CSV and the like can be read in place (same limits as on a page). ⌘Z removes the card; the file itself stays in `/files` (origin SIROE). ⌘B / ⌘I / ⌘U / ⌘⇧X toggle bold / italic / underline / strikethrough on the selected items, also while typing inside one. A shape's menu also sets its background (透明 / 25% / 50% / 75% / 100%), and a sticky note's 「色」 menu sets its background (標準 / 25% / 50% / 75% / 100%; a sticky note cannot be transparent). **A place to arrange pages in a tree and gather documents per project**. The body is made of blocks (テキスト・**見出し 1〜6**・箇条書き・**番号つき**・**ToDo** (a checkbox list; `[]` at the start of a line makes one)・**トグル**・**コールアウト**・引用・コード・区切り線・**ブックマーク**・**埋め込み**・**パスワード**・**ボタン**), and typing `# ` or `- ` at the start of a line changes the type. **Selecting text shows a formatting toolbar** (bold, italic, strikethrough, code, highlighter) — ⌘B / ⌘I / ⌘⇧H do the same. The highlighter has a choice of colors (blue, yellow, orange, green, purple, red, gray). Pressing it again removes it; pressing a different color repaints. **It does not apply to headings or code** (types whose text is shown literally as characters). **A code block has a language field at its top right** (「テキスト」 until one is chosen) — pick from about 30 languages (Python, TypeScript, SQL, Bash, and so on; type to filter) and the code is colored the same way while reading and while editing; 「テキスト(色なし)」 removes it. Pasting text that starts with ```` ```python ```` makes a code block with that language. **Typing a slash opens the command menu** (changing the type, 「ToDo」, 「ページを作成」 (a child page), creating a board, **「ギャラリー」**, **「目次」**, **「ボタン」**, **「テーブルを貼る」 / 「テーブルを作成」 / 「表を書く」**, 「埋め込み」, **「パスワード」**, 「参照を貼る」, 「ファイルを置く」). It is grouped under the headings **「基本ブロック」 / 「リスト」 / 「ページ」 / 「メディア」 / 「データベース」**, and each row has a one-line description. It can also be filtered with English words such as `h1` `kanban` `ref` `file`, and **items starting with the typed characters are listed first**. **A button block runs a skill from the page.** Place it from the slash menu's 「ボタン」 (「ページ」 group; 「押すとチャットでスキルを実行する」) — a dialog asks for the name, the skill, and an optional instruction. Choosing a 「マイスキル」 there adds 「マイスキルなので、押せるのはあなただけです」 — other people see the button disabled. **Pressing it opens the page's right-hand chat as a new conversation and sends the skill and the instruction as its first message**, and it runs as the person who pressed (the skill is looked up among the skills that person can see, and the cost goes to that person). It is disabled with 「このスキルは使えません」 when the presser cannot see the skill (for example, a skill another person made for themselves), with the reason shown when the page is closed to AI, and with 「ページを開くと押せます」 where the right-hand chat is not shown. A button does not hold the skill's input values or a direct run — the agent asks for missing values. **The agent can read buttons and delete them, but cannot add one, change its skill or instruction, or turn another block into a button** (it declines and points to the slash menu) — the same holds for external AI through MCP or the CLI; place buttons by hand. Hovering over a line shows **`+` (add below) and `⠿`** at the start of the line. `⠿` **opens a menu when clicked (「上へ」 / 「下へ」 / 「インデント」 / 「インデント解除」 / 「削除」) and reorders when dragged** (on touch, use the menu). **On phones (narrower than 640px) there is no `+` / `⠿`; while you edit a line, a toolbar above the on-screen keyboard has 「下に追加」, 「上へ」 / 「下へ」, 「インデント」 / 「インデント解除」, 「元に戻す」 / 「やり直す」, 「コメント」, 「削除」, and 「キーボードを閉じる」 at the right end** (actions that cannot apply to that line are greyed out). **Numbered list items do not store their numbers** — they are renumbered after reordering or indenting. **A toggle collapses the lines below it** (the collapsed state is a view on that device only). **Pasting a URL into a bookmark turns it into a card** — it shows the title, description, and domain, and the thumbnail is relayed through Samurai App (the reader does not connect directly to the pasted destination). If it cannot be fetched, only the URL remains. **An embed displays the content of a URL in place** — Google Docs / Sheets / Slides, posts on X, and any service that offers oEmbed (Speaker Deck slides, YouTube, Docswell, Loom, Spotify, and so on). **A URL that cannot be embedded becomes a bookmark card in the same place** (articles on note / Zenn / Qiita, and services whose embed needs their own script, such as Instagram / TikTok / Bluesky). **The frame's contents are read-only** (the service's restriction; you cannot edit inside the frame) — to edit, use the frame's 「開く」 to go to the original page. **Unlike bookmark thumbnails, the frame is not relayed** — the viewer's browser connects to that service directly (Google shows "access required" to people not signed in). **The frame's height is dragged by hand** (posts on X fit their content until you change it). **A password block hides a single line while the page stays shared** — when placing it you set a value and a **passphrase**, and people who can read the page see **only the label and a masked value (●●●●)**. Pressing 「表示」 and entering the correct passphrase shows the plain text and a copy button, and **it automatically re-masks after 60 seconds** (also when you leave the screen). **Samurai App does not hold the passphrase either** — sealing and opening both happen in the reader's browser, so **if it is forgotten, nobody can recover it** (at least 4 characters of any kind — 2 kanji is rejected). **Under 8 characters, a warning appears** that anyone who can read the page could brute-force it in minutes (fine against screen sharing; use 8+ for real secrets). **The agent cannot see it** (even if it reads the body, it sees only the label, and it cannot add, edit, or delete it). To change the value, use the row's 🔁 and **re-enter both the value and the passphrase** (the current value is not shown because nobody can read it); for just the label, use ✏️. **Lines can be nested under bullet lists and toggles** — Tab makes the line a child of the bullet above, and Shift+Tab moves it back (the menu's 「インデント / インデント解除」 does the same). **Pressing Enter at the end of a toggle's title line puts the next line inside it** (no Tab needed; if collapsed, it opens first). **Inside a callout (コールアウト) or a quote (引用), Enter adds a line within the same block; pressing Enter again on the empty line leaves it** (the next line is plain text). **A callout's emoji is changed by clicking the emoji at the start of the callout** (pick from the same emoji list as page icons). Dragging a line next to another line puts it at the same level. **Deleting a parent moves the lines below it up one level**. **Files can be dropped straight onto a page** (it works the same wherever you drop. **Up to 500 MiB per file** (files over 60 MiB are sent in parts, and a % shows on the pending line while sending). Dropped files are recorded in the ledger (their origin in `/files` is **SIROE**) and appear in the body as reference blocks). **Dropped files can be read in place without clicking** (CSV, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, HTML, etc. Files over 5 MiB and formats the screen cannot open remain a one-line tag as before, which opens when clicked) — collapse it with the row's 「プレビュー」. **Images and videos (mp4 / webm / mov / mkv / m4v) are shown in place with the file name below**; a video plays right there with the browser's controls, whatever its size (formats the browser cannot play show 「このブラウザでは再生できません。」 with a download link). **To change the width of an image or video, hover over it (on touch screens, tap it) and drag the grip that appears at its right edge** (or focus the grip and use ← / →); the width is kept as a share of the column. **Pasting a link shows a 「次として貼り付け」 menu to choose what to place it as** — for in-app links (files, knowledge, conversations, apps, tables, siroe pages) the choices are 「メンション / URL」, for URLs that look like images (judged by extension) 「画像 / ブックマーク / URL」, and for other external URLs 「ブックマーク / 埋め込み / URL」 (choosing 「埋め込み」 for a URL that cannot be embedded places a bookmark card instead). **If you don't choose, it stays a plain link** (press Escape or just keep typing). **Only URLs that look like images turn into a picture the moment they are pasted** (the sole exception) — choosing 「URL」 in the menu reverts it to a plain link. To pick from a list, use the menu's 「参照を貼る」. **Knowledge copied from Google Docs and the like expands into multiple lines on paste, keeping block structure (headings, bullets, quotes, code, dividers, tables) and inline emphasis (bold, italic, strikethrough, code)** (up to 200 lines at a time. Underline and text color are not preserved). **Copied image files, such as screenshots, can also be placed by pasting** (treated the same as dropping them on the page). Mention names are resolved with the viewer's permissions each time, and targets that cannot be opened show the reason (one of 3: 「アクセス権限がありません」「削除されています」「読み込めませんでした」). When permission is missing, it adds 「このページに貼った人に共有を依頼してください」. **Below the body, 「このページを参照しているページ」 lists pages that link here** (absent when none). **「ギャラリー」 lays out the pages beneath this page as cards with covers** (not a board; what it lists is pages, not rows) — the frame at the end has 「新規ページ」 (a new child page) and 「既存ページを割り当て」 (moves a page of the same tree under this one). A card's 「⋯」 (or right-click) has 「ギャラリーから外す」 (the page moves up one level and is kept) and 「ゴミ箱へ入れる」; dragging a card onto another puts it under that page (cards cannot be reordered). **「目次」 lists the page's headings in order, indented by level (up to 3 steps), and clicking one scrolls to that heading** — it follows heading edits by itself (nothing is copied into the body), and on a page with no headings it shows 「見出しを追加すると、ここに目次が表示されます」. **On wide screens the faint marks at the right edge are also a table of contents** (hover to read the headings); the 「目次」 block is the one you can place anywhere in the body, including on phones. **A cover is added from 「カバーを追加」 above the title** (「カバーを変える」 once one is set) — it opens a panel with 3 tabs: **「ギャラリー」** (12 bundled photos under 「写真」 — 森の上, 霧の森, 霧の山, 夕焼けの山, 雲海, オーロラ, 星空, 砂丘, 波打ち際, 岩の入り江, 紅葉, 雪の木立 — and 12 colors and patterns under 「色と模様」; the current one is outlined), **「アップロード」** (「画像を選ぶ」 uploads an image from your device; images only. **A large image is shrunk to 2400px on the long side; the original is not kept** — GIF and SVG go up as is), and **「リンク」** (paste an image URL and press 「取り込む」 — **Samurai App fetches the image and saves a copy** with the same visibility as the page, so the cover stays even if the original disappears and readers do not connect to that site. PNG / JPEG / GIF / WebP only, up to 10 MiB, not shrunk; SVG, web pages, and private addresses are refused with the reason shown under the field). 「カバーを外す」 is at the top right of the same panel. Without a cover, a color band from the title is shown. **「テーブルを貼る」 places an existing table on the page as is** (no board page is created, and rows can be read and written in place). **「テーブルを作成」 creates an empty table (one 「名前」 column, with the same visibility as the page) and places it right away** — add columns from 「列を追加」 at the end of the table's header row (only the name and type; tables you cannot edit do not show it), and change a column's name or type from the button next to its name. **A table placed on a document page shows its title above it, and clicking the title renames it in place** (not on board pages or the task board's `board_cards`). With either, **a table with no text column cannot be placed** (there is no field to use as the title). **「表を書く」 is a small table typed as a grid on the spot** (add rows and columns with +) and is separate from the database. **Clicking a paragraph that holds exactly one table opens the same grid at the clicked cell**: Tab / Enter move between cells (Tab in the last cell adds a row), Shift+Enter starts a new line inside the cell, 「行を追加」 / 「列を追加」 (+) add a row or a column, 「セルの操作」 (⋯) in the bar under the table offers 「上に行を挿入」 / 「下に行を挿入」 / 「行を削除」 / 「左に列を挿入」 / 「右に列を挿入」 / 「列を削除」 and 「左揃え」 / 「中央揃え」 / 「右揃え」, 「参照を挿入」 in the same bar opens the same picker as 「参照を貼る」 and puts a page, file, document, conversation, app, or table into the cell as a link (shown with the same kind label as a reference; the title stays as it was when picked), 「Markdown で編集」 switches to the raw markdown, and a tab-separated range pasted from Excel or Google Sheets spreads into the cells. A table mixed with other text in the same paragraph stays raw markdown. **The line you are typing shows a faint continuation suggestion** (Tab to accept, Escape to dismiss; on devices without Tab, a 「採用」 button) — it is generated from the title and the surrounding blocks. Not shown in code. Turn it off at `/settings/completion`. **Tags can be added to a page from the band under the title** — clicking one goes to that tag's list, and the band at the top of the list (`/siroe`) can also filter (click again to remove). The list also filters by 「タイトル」, 「公開範囲」, 「作成者」, and 「更新」, sorts by 「並び」, and 「絞り込みを外す」 clears them. A tag is a word of up to 32 characters without spaces or commas, up to 16 per page. **An icon (emoji) can be added to a page from the control above the title** (changing it and 「アイコンを外す」 are in the same place) — it also shows in the sidebar tree. **⌘Z undoes and ⇧⌘Z redoes** — typing, type changes, reordering, and insertions are all undone (only your own actions while the page is open; if someone else updated first, it does not undo). **Arrow keys cross blocks** at a line's edges. **Backspace at a line's start joins it to the previous line; Delete at the end joins the next** (on an empty line, Delete removes it). **The body can be selected and copied in bulk** — drag the mouse across lines, or press ⌘A (twice while editing a line; the first press selects just that line) to select all body blocks, then ⌘C to copy (the title is not included). **Copied text is one line per block** (bullets `- `, numbered `1. `, headings `# `). **One ⌘Z undoes a multi-line paste**. **Knowledge pages can be duplicated** — via the 「…」 (「その他の操作」) at the top of the page → 「ページを複製」, or the sidebar tree row's 「…」→「ページを複製」 (「中にページを作成」, which creates a child page, is in the same menu). **On wide screens, the sidebar tree row's 「…」→「横に開く」 opens another page in the right-hand column, so two pages sit side by side** (the URL gets `?peek=<ページ ID>`). Both pages can be read and edited; ⌘Z / ⌘A apply only to the page where you pressed them. The side page has no comments — use 「全画面で開く」 at its top right to comment — and 「横のページを閉じる」 closes it. Boards and folders cannot be opened beside, the item is absent on phones, and opening the chat or comments takes the column. 「<題> の複製」 is created right below the original and opens immediately. **What is copied is the body, icon, cover, and tags**; **pages beneath it are not duplicated**. Placed files are not duplicated as files; the copy points to the same files as the original. **Boards (kanban) cannot be duplicated**. **The page's 「…」 (「その他の操作」) also holds, top to bottom: the font (「デフォルト」 / 「明朝」 / 「等幅」, applied to the body only and remembered per page on that device only), 「リンクをコピー」, 「ページの内容をコピー」 (the whole page as Markdown, starting with the title), 「ページを複製」, 「別のページへ移動」 (pick a page to move it under; its own subpages, boards, and the current parent are not offered; it moves only within the same tree — a page under another top-level page is refused with 「別の階層へは移せません」 — and a top-level page itself cannot be moved), 「横幅を画面いっぱいにする」 (a switch, remembered per page on that device only), 「関連を見る」 (opens 「関連マップ」, the pages and items linked to this one), 「AI アクセスを OFF にする」 / 「AI アクセスを ON にする」 (same as the sidebar row; a page that only inherits it from a parent cannot change it), 「Markdown でエクスポート」 (downloads `<題>.md`), 「ゴミ箱へ移動」, and at the bottom the character count (spaces and line breaks not counted) and the last-updated time** — boards and card pages show only the font, link copy, width, 「関連を見る」, AI access, and trash (no body to copy or count). **On phones (narrower than 640px), 「更新履歴」, the favorite star, and 「あとで」 are not in the top bar; they sit at the top of this 「…」 menu as 「更新履歴」, 「お気に入り」, and 「「あとで」に保存」.** **Deleted pages can be restored** — deleting (「…」 at the top of the page → 「ゴミ箱へ移動」, after a confirmation) sends the whole subtree to the trash (including pages beneath it), and it can be restored from the sidebar's 「ゴミ箱」 (`/siroe/trash`). **Items are permanently deleted automatically after 30 days**; to delete immediately, press 「完全に削除」 in the list and confirm with 「完全に削除する」 (pages beneath it go too; cannot be undone) — storage is not freed until permanent deletion. **Checking rows in the trash list gives 「まとめて復元」 and 「まとめて完全に削除」, and 「ゴミ箱を空にする」 deletes every listed page** (both confirm with the count). Visibility is decided at creation (「自分のみ」 / 「グループ」 / 「テナント全体」). **A top-level page created from chat is 「自分のみ」 unless you ask to share it with everyone; a board created from chat with no parent page goes to 「全体」 (「テナント全体」).** **The sidebar has 2 sections, 「全体」 and 「自分だけ」** — group-visible pages are listed under 「全体」 (no per-group section). Sections show even with 0 pages, and **hovering over a heading shows 「＋」** (on touch screens it shows from the start), which creates **a parent page in that section** (the first page of a tree). For a group-only page, change its 公開範囲 on the page. **A tree stays in the section its parent page was created in**: in 「自分だけ」 the parent page and every page under it stay 「自分のみ」 (the 公開範囲 field shows why instead of a choice), and a 「全体」 parent page cannot be changed to 「自分のみ」 (pages under it still can). To share a personal page, create it under 「全体」. **A page under 「全体」 can also be widened from chat** (「このページをみんなに共有して」 → 「テナント全体」, or a group you belong to), after the approval card; SIROE pages cannot be published outside. Returning a page to only you can be asked in chat too (not the parent page of a 「全体」 tree); other narrowing is on screen only. 「親ページを作成」 in `/siroe` creates it under 「全体」. **Sidebar order: 「SIROE のトップ」 (back to the list), 「保存した絞り込み」, 「全体」 / 「自分だけ」, 「タスクボード」, 「最近開いたページ」, 「お気に入り」, 「会話」, 「ゴミ箱」.** 「この絞り込みを保存」 in the list saves the filter under 「保存した絞り込み」 (shown to the whole team; each viewer sees only pages they can read). **It can also be read and written from chat** (list, fetch body, create / rename / delete pages, add / update / delete blocks and canvas elements, **create a board in one step**) — **a page or board created from chat shows a card with 「開く」 in the conversation**, which goes to that page. **When the AI edits a page you have open, the edited row or canvas element glows with a cursor labeled 「AI」 and the view moves there**; while you are typing it does not move, and 「AI が直した所へ」 jumps there instead.

**Comments (Notion-style) can be left on a page or on a block, without editing the body.** 「コメント」 at the top of the page opens the comments panel on the right (it shares the column with 「AI チャット」 — opening one closes the other; on a phone it slides in from the right) and shows the number of unresolved threads. To comment on a block: the block's 「⠿」 menu → 「コメント」, or select text and press 「コメント」 at the end of the formatting toolbar (the selected text is quoted at the top of the thread). 「ページにコメント」 in the panel comments on the page itself; unresolved page comments appear under the title. A block with unresolved threads shows a 💬 count at its right — press it to jump to the thread. Each thread supports replies, 「解決」 / 「再開」 (anyone who can read the page; resolved threads move to the 「解決済み」 tab, and must be reopened before replying), emoji reactions, and `@` mentions of members. **Only the author can edit or delete a comment**; deleting the first comment deletes the whole thread. **There is no comment on a range of characters** — a comment attaches to the whole block. If the block is deleted, its threads remain, shown as 「削除されたブロック」 with the quoted text. **Anyone who can read the page can comment** (there is no "comment-only" permission). The people mentioned and the people who have written in the thread get a browser notification — but only if they can read the page; it can be switched off with 「SIROE のコメント」 in `/settings/notifications`. Other people's comments appear without reloading. The in-app AI cannot read or write comments.

**「AI チャット」 at the top of a page reopens your most recent conversation about that page** (a new one when there is none). 「新しいチャット」 at the top of the panel starts another, and the conversation title beside it switches between your conversations about the page. **A file or live view opened from 「AI チャット」 on a page covers the conversation in that column.** On a wide screen, 「ページに重ねる」 at the top right of it moves it to a card at the bottom right of the page, so the page, the conversation, and the file show together; drag its top-left corner to resize it, or the bar on its top edge to move it (double-click either to reset). 「会話の列に戻す」 on the card puts it back over the conversation, and 「会話へ戻る」 closes it. The choice and the size are remembered on this device. On a phone, the chat is a sheet and has no such button.

**Typing `@` in a page body mentions a member or a bot.** A list of the tenant's members and bots opens at the caret (bots first, up to 8 people; keep typing to narrow it) — pick one with the arrow keys and Enter, or click it. If nothing matches, the list stays open with 「該当するメンバーやボットはいません」. A mention is one chip: the caret skips over it and one Backspace deletes it whole. **It is stored by the person's ID, not the name, so a renamed member shows the new name everywhere**; someone who has left shows as 「@メンバー」 and a deleted bot as 「@ボット」. Hovering over a chip shows the details (a person's avatar, name, email and role; a bot's picture, name and description) — in the page body this opens on mouse hover only; with the keyboard, details are available for mentions in comments and team chat. Mentions inside code are plain text, not mentions. **Saving a mention notifies the person with a browser notification — but only if they can read the page and are newly mentioned in that block** (rewriting a block that already mentioned them, and mentioning yourself, do not notify; it is switched off with 「SIROE のコメント」 in `/settings/notifications`, and pressing the notification opens the page at that block). The candidate list also offers people who cannot read the page, but mentioning them notifies no one and does not share the page. **Mentioning a bot does not call it** — the body is not a conversation, so the bot does not answer. Exporting to Markdown and copying the page turn mentions into `@name`. The in-app AI sees mentions as `<@ID>` with a list of the names, and it can write a mention itself (the person is notified the same way). Searching the body by a mentioned person's name does not find the page. Mentions of pages and dates inside a sentence are not available (a pasted link as 「メンション」 takes the whole line).

**A page's 「AI アクセス」 can be turned OFF** — the 「AI アクセス」 switch in the page's properties, or the sidebar tree row's 「…」 → 「AI アクセスを OFF にする」 (anyone who can edit the page). People see no change; **the in-app AI cannot read, search, edit, or delete the page or any page beneath it** (those show 「親の設定を引き継いでいます」), 「AI チャット」 does not open on it, and on a marked board the AI cannot take cards or reach its cards from table queries. A board on its own table (not the default card table) takes that whole table away from the AI, even when an unmarked board shows the same table. Turn it back on from the same place with 「AI アクセスを ON にする」. Background processing (input completion, automatic titles), external AI through MCP or the CLI (including conversations run on 「手元の Claude Code」), and what the AI read before the mark are not covered — the same setting exists for files, folders, and channels (`references/webui-workspace-files.md`).
