# Using the WebUI — SIROE boards (kanban, Gantt chart, calendar, folders, 「タスク一覧」)

## 「SIROE」 — boards

**The menu's 「カンバンを作成」 places a board** (「ガントチャート」 and 「表」 and 「カレンダー」 are tabs; 「ビューを追加」 (+) adds a tab, and a tab's ▾ has 「名前を変更」 and 「このビューを削除」 — the last tab cannot be deleted) — a `board_cards` table appears in the database, and each card is one of its rows (also readable and writable from `/database`). **Cards that belong to no board** (rows added from `/database`, or made before each board kept its own cards) appear on no board; a board page shows 「どのボードにも入っていないカードが N 枚あります」 above the tabs to people who can edit the table, and 「選んで入れる」 lists them so you can tick cards and put them into that board. You can select several cards and move them to another column at once. **The board page's 「カードのページ」 tab lists the card body pages written on that board** (the page each card gets from 「本文を書く」; newest first, click to open). **Deleting a card sends its body page to the trash** (restorable from 「ゴミ箱」). A body page whose card is already gone shows 「カードは削除済み」 and can be sent to the trash from that list (「ゴミ箱へ」, then 「もう一度」).

**One card can have multiple assignees**, and on a board grouped by assignee, the card appears in each person's column. **The Gantt chart's window is moved by start date, 「今日」, and one-week steps back and forth** — today is a vertical dotted line. **Range (1/2/3/6 months), grouping (assignee / milestone / status / priority), and the color legend are in 「表示設定」** next to them, and the title column can be collapsed. **A milestone flag stands at the latest end date among cards with that name**. **The calendar shows cards as bars from start date to end date on a month grid** (a card with only an end date shows on that one day; cards with no date are counted above the grid) — 「‹」 / 「›」 change the month and 「今日」 returns to this month, today is a filled circle, and when a day has more than 3 bars the rest fold into 「+N」. **Dragging a bar to another day shifts both the start and the end by the same number of days** (drag does not work on touch; change the dates from the card details), and **the 「+」 on a day adds a card dated that day**. The month you are looking at is yours only (not saved for others). **Above the board are the search box, 「絞り込み」 (status / assignee — **the assignee field is searched by name or email** — / label, with the count of active conditions, and 「絞り込みを解除」), and on a kanban 「分け方」 (the column cards are grouped by)**. **CSV export is at the right end of that row** (a download icon on narrow screens; opens in Excel).

**A card can be handed to AI.** In the card details, 「担当を追加」 lists the default AI and the bots you can use below the members (bots that cannot handle tables and pages, such as PC, are not listed; on a board whose AI access is off they are greyed out). Picking one does not just add an assignee: it opens 「◯◯ に任せる」, which lists exactly what the AI receives — the title, status, priority, dates, labels, preceding cards, and the memo (the body page is not copied in; the AI reads it when it needs to) — plus an optional 「追加の指示(任意)」 (up to 2000 characters); 「開始する」 starts the work and moves the card's status to 「進行中」 (only when it is still before that). The AI sets the final status (the board's last option) itself when it finishes. **The AI works with the permissions of the person who handed it over.** While it works, the card details show a 「AI の作業」 panel: which AI, who asked, turns used, 「直近の手順」, 「AI に渡した情報」, 「対話を開く」, and 「AI を停止する」. **Approvals and the AI's questions are answered right in that panel, by the person who handed it over** — others see whose answer it is waiting for. The card's tile shows a mark, with 「承認待ち」 or 「質問あり」 when it is waiting. A finished card has 「もう一度任せる」 (same AI and instruction, confirmed again).

**Boards (「ボード」, kanban) can be organized in folders** — the 「タスクボード」 section of the list (`/siroe`) is a folder-style shelf, and 「フォルダを作成」 creates a container and 「ボードを作成」 a board. **Drag a row onto a folder**, or put it in with the row menu's 「移動」 (the same menu has 「名前を変更」 and 「ゴミ箱へ」; drag doesn't work on touch, so use the menu. **Dropping onto the breadcrumb moves it up one level**). **You can check several and move them together or send them to the trash** (「ゴミ箱へ」, asks first; ones refused stay checked). Sort by clicking a column header (「名前」 / 「公開範囲」 / 「作成者」 / 「更新日時」) (**folders always come first**). **Putting a page in a folder does not change its visibility**. **A folder with contents cannot be sent to the trash** (it is refused with a count, so move the contents out first). Folders also appear in the same form under 「タスクボード」 in the sidebar, and clicking one opens that location in the list. **「タスク一覧」 at the top of 「タスクボード」 in the sidebar (`/siroe/tasks`) lists the cards you are an assignee of, across every board** — grouped by board, nearest due date first (cards with no due date last). **Checking other people in the 「メンバー」 list shows their cards too** (up to 16 people, AI included, and at least one stays checked; **with more than 8 people a search box finds them by name or email** — only the first 50 unchecked are listed, with 「ほか N 人」 below). **Each card carries a dot in its assignee's icon color** (the color chosen on the account screen, same as the checkbox; for a card several chosen people share, the one checked first). The chosen people are kept in the URL (`?people=`), so the link can be shared as is. Cards in a board's last status are hidden unless 「完了も表示」 is on, and clicking a row opens that board with the card's details already open. Cards whose board was deleted or that you cannot open are not listed, only counted. **Knowledge pages do not go into folders** (knowledge stays in the tree).
