# Using the WebUI — personal settings (「個人設定」)

## 「個人設定」

`/settings/account` is your own account (icon, display name, **email address**, 「ミーティングでの表示名」, **「サインイン中の端末」**, announcements from the operator, **「右下のボタン」** (show or hide the bottom-right buttons),
**「この職場の決まり」** (shown only while the compliance patrol or 「メンバーの会話」 is on: whether higher roles may read your conversations, and whether what you send is checked against policies), disclosure of data provided to the operator). Optional announcement emails can be stopped without signing in via the link at the end of the email (`/mail/unsubscribe/<token>`)
(important announcements such as outages or terms revisions are not stopped). **It is not in the sidebar** — the entry point is **your name at the bottom left**; open it from 「アカウント設定」 in the menu that appears
(also reachable from ⌘K and `/features`).

**The email address is changed from 「変更」 to the right of the address.** Enter the new address and the current password, then 「確認メールを送る」.
A confirmation email goes to the **new** address; **the change completes only when its link is opened** (valid 1 hour), and a notice is sent to the old address.
Until then, sign in with the current address. An expired or broken link brings you back to this screen with 「メールアドレス変更の確認リンク…」 — start again from 「変更」.
**It cannot be changed** by people who sign in only with Google / Microsoft (no password) or through the company's single sign-on — **「変更」 is not shown for them** — nor to an address in a domain the company manages with single sign-on, nor to a disposable address.
If the new address is already used by another account, the screen still says 「確認メールを送りました」 but no email arrives.

**「ミーティングでの表示名」 is the name you join meetings under** (shown under the icon). Empty means 「アカウントの名前(…)を使います」.
Set it when you want a different name only in meetings (a company name added for an external meeting, a
romanised name) without changing the name shown everywhere else in the app: the pencil 「ミーティングでの表示名を変更」, type up to 50 characters, 「保存」.
It is per account (the same in every workspace), applies from the next time you join, and
is also what 「次回からもこの名前を使う」 in the call's 「表示名を変更」 saves (`references/webui-meetings-call.md`). Guests have no account and type their name each time.

**Choosing an icon image opens 「アイコンを切り抜く」**: drag or arrow keys to move, slider or wheel to zoom, seeing 形式, 容量, size. Only 「保存」 saves it (max 96px).

**「アイコンの色」 sets the color of your circle when no icon image is set** — 「自動」 or one of 6 colors
(青・黄・オレンジ・緑・紫・赤). With 「自動」, each person gets a different color derived from their account. The color is per account
(the same in every workspace) and is ignored while an icon image is set.

「サインイン中の端末」 lists **what is currently still signed in**. Each row shows the device name, connection source,
and last use, and the device you are using now is marked 「この端末」. **Signing in from an unusual environment sends the person
an email**, whose link leads here. Pressing 「サインアウトさせる」 twice on an unfamiliar row
revokes **only that one** (other devices remain). **The device you are using now has no button**. To end all of them at once, change the password.
Sign-in state expires after 90 days and is extended while in use.

Below the list, 「**覚えた端末をすべて解除**」 forgets every device that was allowed to skip the
second sign-in step (a confirmation is shown; the number forgotten is reported afterwards).
**There is no list of those devices** — only the count. Changing the password also forgets them.

The same menu lets you choose the **color scheme** from 「ライト / ダーク / システム」. **The choice is kept only on that device**. 「システム」 follows the OS setting. **The language is Japanese only**; there is no place to choose it.

「**詳細を見る**」 in the same menu holds the terms and policies, the security white paper, 「クレジットの消費目安」 (`/credits`), 「クレジットを節約するコツ」 (`/credits/tips`), 「更新履歴」 (`/changelog`:
new features and fixes, newest first, grouped by month and day; the 「すべて / 新機能 / 機能アップデート / バグ修正」 switch at the top narrows the list and stays in the URL (`?category=feature`); entries from the last 7 days carry 「新着」; press a card to open that entry on its own page, `/changelog/<id>`, which has 「リンクをコピー」 and links to the previous and newer entries; no sign-in; the header's 「アプリへ戻る」 — 「ログイン」 before sign-in — leads back to the app), and the running **version** (read-only; include it in bug reports; staging adds 「(検証)」).

`/issues` (「問題を報告」) is for filing product requests and bugs. Open it from the account menu at the bottom left (click your name), just above 「ショートカット一覧」; the floating 「問題を報告」 button at the bottom right opens the same form.

**Hiding the bottom-right buttons.** The floating 「問題を報告」 button and the 「使い方を聞く」 button (this help desk) can be hidden per person:
hover or focus a button and press the small × at its top-left corner, then choose 「30日間表示しない」 (it comes back by itself after 30 days) or
「表示しない」. Each button is set separately, and the choice follows your account to other devices and workspaces. To show them again, use
「右下のボタン」 in `/settings/account` (「表示する / 30日間表示しない / 表示しない」 for each). While hidden, the help desk still opens from
「使い方を聞く」 in the bottom-left account menu, and reports can still be filed from 「報告する」 on `/issues`.

`/announcements` is the list of 「お知らせ」 from the operator (new feature notices, outage notices, terms revisions). It is not in the sidebar;
open it from 「お知らせ」 in the user menu at the bottom left (also openable from ⌘K). It has two groups: 「掲載中」 shows the announcements
being published now in full, with 「新着」 on the ones that were unread when the page was opened; 「これまでのお知らせ」 shows only the subject
of past ones, and pressing a row opens its body. Newest first; older ones are shown with 「もっと読む」. A currently published announcement also appears as a banner at the top of the screen, and pressing the banner moves to the list.
Optional announcements such as new feature notices become read and leave the banner when the list is opened or the banner is closed. Important
announcements such as outage notices cannot be closed and stay in the banner during their publication period.

`/features` is the feature list. Every sidebar surface plus account and issue reporting appears as a card
with a one-line "what it can do" (pressing one moves to that screen). **Surfaces unavailable to your role do not disappear**; unpressable cards
state the reason. Cards are grouped under the same headings as the sidebar. **Open `/features` from 「機能一覧」 at the top right of the start surface (`/`)**
(left of 「ツール一覧」) or from 「機能を見る」 below its input box; it is not in the sidebar or ⌘K. **The same list can be viewed without signing in**
(from the same link on the signed-out top page, opening in a dialog; there, pressing does not move to a screen).

「活用アイデア集を読む」 next to it opens `https://samuraiax.com/docs/ideas` on the product site (not inside the app) — about 270 ideas for putting the features to work, grouped by department and situation
and filterable by the feature each idea uses, **opening in a separate tab**.
It replaced 「できる 100 のこと」; the old address no longer opens.
On the signed-in new-conversation screen the same row also has 「チュートリアル」 (opens `/tutorials` in the app) and
「サービスを知る」 (opens the product site's top page `https://samuraiax.com/` in a separate tab).
**It can be read without signing in** (the same link is on the signed-out top page).
