## 「オフィス」 — `/office`

「オフィス」 (sidebar 「ワークスペース」 group, shown there as 「オフィス(β)」). **One 2D office floor where members, resident bots, and running bots sit at desks.** Members show while they have Samurai App open; resident bots (the default AI, bundled and custom bots) always have a desk and show as working while a conversation uses them; **each bot appears with its own avatar** — the same face as in the bot list and chat, and the default AI and running bots use the main agent's face chosen in 「性格」 (「見た目」); a run that no person is typing (scheduled, external trigger, app, local Claude Code, subagent) appears as its own figure while it runs and disappears when it ends. Each figure shows a status line (such as 「Web を検索しています」) and the conversation title overhead. A row above the floor counts members as 「作業中」, 「在席」, and 「不在」, and the bots as 「ボット N」 (with 「(うち作業中 N)」 while any of them work). Your own name tag is shown in reversed colors so you can find yourself. **Each person chooses how much colleagues see of them from the menu at the top right, 「公開の範囲」, with 3 levels: 「在席だけ」 (only that you are here), 「状況まで」 (plus the status line), 「タイトルまで」 (plus the conversation title).** **The default is 「タイトルまで」, so conversation titles are visible to colleagues unless you narrow it** — to hide your conversations, choose 「在席だけ」 or 「状況まで」. Message bodies and conversation IDs are never shown to others at any level. **Walking (PC only):** on a computer, press the arrow keys or W/A/S/D to stand up and walk one tile at a time; colleagues see you move. Walls and furniture block you, and the first step from your seat must land on floor next to a desk. 「席に戻る」 at the top sits you back down. On a phone you cannot walk, and the hint 「矢印キーで歩けます」 is not shown. **Talking (「話しかける」):** while you walk, a row under the floor lists up to 3 people or bots next to you as 「〇〇 に話しかける」, and Enter presses the first one. The same button is on the card that opens when you click a seat. Talking to a colleague opens the team chat (channel) that only the two of you are in, or creates one if none exists. Talking to a bot opens that bot's page, and talking to the default AI opens a new chat. Running bots, and bots you cannot see in your bot list, have no button. **「会話を開く」:** the card of a working figure also has 「会話を開く」. It opens the conversation only if you could already open it yourself — your own conversation, or a channel you are a member of. Otherwise it shows 「この会話は開けません」; colleagues' private conversations cannot be opened, and nothing opens for someone whose level is 「在席だけ」. **Meeting rooms (会議室):** a room on the floor can be linked to a channel, shown as 「#name」 on the room. Walking into it shows 「#name を開く」 in the row under the floor (it does not move you automatically); Enter opens it when nobody is next to you. **Only owners and admins can link a room**, with 「チャンネルを紐付ける」 / 「紐付けるチャンネルを変更」 inside the room, and only channels whose audience is not restricted can be chosen. Deleting the channel removes the link. **Choosing your own desk (PC only):** click an empty member desk or hot desk (「空いている席」) and press 「この席に座る」. If someone took it first, 「ほかの人が先にこの席を選びました」 is shown. 「席を空ける」 on your own card gives the desk back; people who have not chosen a desk are seated automatically in name order. **Editing the layout (owners and admins only, PC only):** 「レイアウトを編集」 at the top opens the editor. Pick a template from 「テンプレートから選ぶ」 — 「島型」 (the default), 「フリーアドレス」, 「会議室中心」, or 「小さなチーム」 (a smaller floor); a confirmation 「テンプレートに置き換えますか」 warns that unsaved edits are lost — or pick a tile (壁, 床, 社員の机, フリー席, ボットの机, 会議机, 植物, サーバーラック, 入口) and click or drag over the floor to paint it, then press 「保存」 (「編集をやめる」 leaves without saving). Painting 入口 elsewhere moves the entrance (there is always exactly one). Every member desk and hot desk must be reachable on foot from the entrance; unreachable desks are outlined in red and the layout is not saved. Each group of touching 会議机 becomes one meeting room. If a meeting room or a chosen desk disappears, a confirmation 「会議室の紐付け N 件と席の選択 N 件が外れます」 appears before saving, and those links and choices are removed — moving a meeting table group also drops its channel link. If someone else saved first, the editor reloads the latest layout and asks you to edit again. The floor size and the layout name cannot be changed on the screen, and only one floor is available. **Asking the AI to change the layout:** owners and admins can also ask in chat (for example 「会議室を 1 つ増やして」 or attach a floor-plan image). The AI reads the current layout and saves the change **without an approval card** — undo it by asking again or by picking a template in 「レイアウトを編集」. An approval card appears only when the organization's approval settings ask for this operation. The AI is never told who sits where or what anyone is doing. Every layout change and desk choice is recorded in the audit log
