## 「カレンダー」 — `/calendar`

**The tenant's schedule: your events, other members' busy times, and your SIROE tasks on one grid** (sidebar 「ワークスペース」 → 「カレンダー」). This is not a board's 「カレンダー」 view in SIROE, which shows the cards of one board.

**Views:** 「日」, 「週」 (a time grid, the default), and 「月」. The heading shows the month (「2026年10月」) and, under it, the dates on screen (「10月18日〜24日」, or 「10月27日(火)」 in the day view). 「今日」 jumps back to today, and the arrows move one day, one week, or one month. **The day view has a strip of the week's 7 days above the grid** — tap a day to jump to it (today is a filled circle, the day being viewed has a ring around it). In the day and week views, the current time shows as a red line with the time in a red label at the left edge. **On a phone the week view is 「3日」**: three days from the day being viewed, and the arrows move three days. **On a phone, swipe left or right on the grid** in the day and 3-day views to move forward or back. The right panel opens from the panel button (「表示の設定」) at the top right, next to the heading. **Saturdays are blue, Sundays and Japanese national holidays (including substitute holidays) are red** — in the month view, the week view, and the small month on the right; the holiday name (「敬老の日」) shows next to the date in the month and week views on a computer. Holidays are not events: they take no row, cannot be edited, and other countries' holidays are not shown. The view and date are kept in the URL, so a link opens the same week. **In the month view, an event with a time shows as a dot, its start time, and its title** (in time order within the day); all-day events and tasks show as bars. The month fills the screen, and the weekday names sit in the first week's days. When a day has more events than fit, 「他 N 件」 appears; clicking it lists all of that day's events, and clicking one opens it.

**Creating an event:** in the day or week view, **click an empty slot, or drag across slots** (15-minute steps) to choose the time — on a phone, tap a slot for one hour from there. Clicking an empty spot in the 「終日」 row above the grid creates an all-day event on that day. **In the month view, click an empty part of a day** for a one-hour event on that day, starting at the next half hour (with the keyboard, each day has a 「+」 that appears on focus). **「予定を作成」 at the top right** creates one today, starting at the next half hour (9:41 → 10:00〜11:00) — or, when today is not on screen (another day or week), on the day being viewed. A small box opens next to where you clicked, with every field at once: 「タイトルを追加」, 「開始」 and 「終了」 (date and time — the date shows as 「10月21日(水)」 and clicking it opens a small calendar to pick a day; the time is typed), the 「終日」 switch with the event's length at the right of that row (「計 1 時間 30 分」, or 「計 3 日」 for an all-day event), 「繰り返し」 (see below), 「ゲストを追加」 (see 「Guests」 below; up to 50), 「場所を追加」, 「説明を追加」, 「分類」 (see 「Event categories」 below), and 「ミーティングを追加」. Moving the start moves the end with it, keeping the length. 「保存」 (or Enter in a one-line field) creates it. 「招待 N / 50」 counts those invited; the creator stays in the list as 「作成者」 and cannot be removed. **If you typed or changed something and then click outside, press Esc, or press 「キャンセル」**, it asks 「保存されていない変更があります」: 「編集を続ける」 keeps what you typed, and 「破棄する」 closes without saving. Without changes it closes at once. **There are no reminders or notifications.**

**Moving an event by dragging:** in the day, week, and 3-day views, **drag an event to another time or another day on screen** (15-minute steps), or **drag its bottom edge to change when it ends** (never shorter than 15 minutes). On a phone, **press and hold the event** until it lifts, then move it (the bottom edge is not draggable on a phone — change the end in the editor). It shows at the new time at once, and 「予定を移動しました」 (or 「予定の終わりを変えました」) appears with 「元に戻す」 to put it back. Press Esc while dragging to cancel. **Only events you created that do not repeat and have a time can be dragged** — not other people's events, 「予定あり」, repeating events, all-day events, events spanning midnight, or tasks; clicking one still opens it. Events cannot be dragged in the month view. An imported event you drag is also changed in Google Calendar or Outlook, as with 「編集」.

**Keyboard shortcuts** (on this screen, not while typing or while a box is open): 「T」 today, 「←」 「→」 back and forward, 「D」 「W」 「M」 day, week, and month view, 「C」 create an event. They are also in the shortcut list (⌘/ or Ctrl+/) under 「カレンダー」.

**Repeating events:** the 「繰り返し」 menu under the time offers 「繰り返さない」, 「毎日」, 「毎週 <曜日>」 (the start's weekday), 「毎週 平日」, 「毎月 <日> 日」, 「毎年 <月> 月 <日> 日」, and 「カスタム…」. 「カスタム…」 sets the interval (「2」 「週ごと」 for every other week), the weekdays (tap 月〜日), and the end: 「終了しない」, 「日付まで」 (that day included), or 「回数」 (up to 730). A monthly event on the 31st skips months without a 31st, as in Google Calendar. Each occurrence shows on the grid and in 「今後の予定」. Opening one shows the rule (「毎週 月・水」, 「2 週ごと 木・金、6 回」) under the time. **「編集」 changes every occurrence** — the editor shows the first occurrence's date and says 「保存すると、繰り返しのすべての予定が変わります。」; changing only one occurrence is not available. **「削除」 asks 「この予定のみ」 or 「すべての予定」** (「この予定のみ」 is selected first). Changing the rule or the start brings back occurrences deleted one at a time. A repeating event cannot have a meeting (「ミーティングを追加」 disappears while it repeats), and repeating events are not exported to Google Calendar or Outlook — the form says 「繰り返しの予定は外部カレンダーへは書き出しません。」 when exporting is on. Repeating by the n-th weekday of the month (「第 2 火曜日」) is not available.

**Guests (「ゲストを追加」)** — search by name, group, or email (「名前・グループ・メールで検索」). Groups are listed first; the open list shows at most 100 rows, with 「ほか N 件。名前で絞り込めます」 below — type to reach the rest. **Picking a group adds the people in it at that moment** as individual guests (the row shows 「N 人」 — those not already invited); people who join or leave the group later are not added or removed. If a group would push the count over 50, nothing is added and it says 「〈グループ〉の N 人を足すと、招待の上限 50 人を超えます」. **Typing an email shows 「〈メール〉 を招待」**: a member's email adds that member; any other address adds a guest from outside the tenant, shown with a round icon of the first letter of the email, in a color set by the email (the same person always gets the same icon; the icon set in another workspace is not shown). Outside guests count toward the 50, have no 「参加」 / 「不参加」 answer here, and **Samurai App sends them no email** — they get the invitation from Google Calendar or Outlook only when export is on (see 「外部カレンダーへの書き出し」 below). When it is off, or the event repeats (repeating events are not exported), the editor says 「社外のゲストには招待が届きません」. The AI in chat, the CLI, and MCP can add groups and outside guests too (see 「Asking the AI in chat」).

**Opening an event** shows its time, place, description (drawn as Markdown: URLs and `[text](url)` become links that open in a new tab, plus bold, lists and line breaks; raw HTML is not rendered), attendees with their answers (outside guests by email with the same first-letter icon, marked 「社外」, counted in the number of people), and 「ミーティングに参加」 if a meeting is attached (it opens `/meetings/<ミーティング ID>`). The × 「閉じる」 at the top right closes it. **An invited attendee answers with 「参加」 / 「不参加」 / 「未定」** (until then it shows 「未回答」); a declined event stays on the grid, faded and struck through. **Only the person who created the event (「作成者」) sees 「編集」 (pencil) and 「削除」 (trash) next to the title**, and only they can add a meeting. Deleting removes it from every attendee's calendar and cannot be undone; an attached meeting is kept. **「複製」 (two squares) is shown to anyone who can open the event** — creator or attendee: it closes the details and opens the create box with the same title, time (for a repeating event, that occurrence's time), place, description, and guests already filled in. You become the creator of the copy; if someone else created the original, they are invited to the copy. The repeat rule and any attached meeting are not copied, and nothing is saved until you press 「保存」. 「予定あり」 cannot be copied. **Renaming the attached meeting renames the event, and moving the meeting to the trash deletes the event.**

**Who sees an event:** the creator and the attendees. Nobody else sees its title or details.

**Notices above the grid:** 「予定を取得できませんでした」 with 「再試行」; 「表示している期間の予定が多いため、一部だけを表示しています。」; and when nothing is on screen 「この日の予定はありません。…」 / 「この週の予定はありません。…」 / 「この 3 日の予定はありません。…」 / 「この月の予定はありません。…」 with how to create one and a 「予定を作成」 button that opens the same create window as the heading's button.

**Adding a video meeting:** turn on 「ミーティングを追加」 when creating the event or in 「予定を編集」 (the pencil) and choose who can see the meeting — 「テナント全体」 or one of your 「グループ」 (not 「自分のみ」). Below that come the same details as 「新しいミーティング」: 「種類」 (「通話」 / 「ウェビナー」), 「AI アクセス」 with the AI settings under it (format and language, 「パネルに出すもの」, 「AI の指示」, 「会議の分析」), and 「カメラをオンにして参加する」. Saving creates the meeting (the same as 「新しいミーティング」 on `/meetings`) and attaches it; afterwards 「予定を編集」 shows 「ミーティングを開く」. **The meeting's own time does not follow later changes to the event's time**, and meetings created on `/meetings` are not shown on the calendar. If meetings are not set up in this workspace, the event is still saved and it says 「ミーティングは管理者が設定すると使えます」.

## The right panel

On a computer the panel sits to the right of the grid; on a phone it opens from 「表示の設定」. From the top:

- **The small month** — click a day to jump there. In the week view, the days of that week are highlighted.
- **「今後の予定」** — your own events for the next 7 days from today, grouped by day (「今日 10月19日(月)」, 「明日 10月20日(火)」, then the date). Today lists only events that have not ended yet. Clicking a row opens the event, even when it is outside the week you are looking at. It shows 「今日の予定はもうありません」 when today has nothing left, 「この先 7 日の予定はありません」 when all 7 days are empty, and 「予定を取得できませんでした」 with 「再試行」 when it cannot load. Other members' times and SIROE tasks are not listed here, and 「表示する予定」 does not change it.
- **「表示する予定」** — 「自分の予定」 (blue) and 「SIROE のタスク」 (green) turn each layer on or off. This choice is remembered in this browser.
- **「分類」** — the key to the event colors: each enabled category with its color dot and name. Admins see 「編集」 next to the heading (see 「Event categories」 below).
- **「メンバーの予定」** — tick members (up to 16) to lay their schedules over yours, each in that person's color. Next to the heading, the count (「2 / 16」) shows how many are ticked, and 「すべて外す」 unticks them all. **With more than 8 members a search box (名前かメールで検索) appears**; only the first 50 unticked members are listed, with 「ほか N 人」 below — type a name or email to reach the rest (ticked members always stay in the list). **Their events you are not invited to appear as 「予定あり」 with the time only** — no title, place, or attendees. Use it to find a free time before inviting people. Events you attend appear normally, once, as your own — **when a ticked member is also invited, a small dot in that person's color sits before the title and a thin band in that person's color runs down the card's right edge — one band per ticked member, the card itself keeps its own color (its category's color, or blue)** (the month view's all-day bands carry the same edge bands; a timed event in the month view shows the dots only), whether or not they have replied yet (none for a member who declined). **While members are ticked, their names line up under the heading, each with a dot in their color** — that is the key to which color is whose. **Click a name there to stop showing that person** (the same as unticking them in the panel).

## Event categories (colors)

**Every event can have one category, and the category sets its color** — on the grid, in the month view, in 「今後の予定」, and on the colored band of the opened event. **Everyone sees the same color**; colors cannot be set per person. The categories that come with the product:

- 「訪問・外出」 — red
- 「社外との打ち合わせ」 — orange
- 「社内の会議・定例」 — green
- 「1on1・面談」 — purple
- 「採用」 — yellow
- 「休み・私用・移動」 — gray

An event with no category stays blue. **「分類」 in the create box and in 「予定を編集」 starts at 「自動で分類」**: after saving, the category is picked from the title and place a few seconds later (the grid updates by itself). This also happens when the title is changed and for events imported from Google Calendar or Outlook. **Pick a category yourself and it stays** — changing the title does not replace it; pick 「自動で分類」 again to let it be picked from the title. When nothing fits (a title like 「打ち合わせ」 or 「MTG」), the event stays blue. Events that already existed are not categorized after the fact — open one and pick a category. An automatically chosen category shows 「自動で分類」 next to its name when the event is opened. **An event imported from Google Calendar that has a color there takes the category with that color instead** (Lavender and Grape → purple, Sage and Basil → green, Flamingo and Tomato → red, Banana → yellow, Tangerine → orange, Graphite → gray; Peacock and Blueberry are blue, so they get a category only if one is blue). It shows 「Google カレンダーの色」 next to its name; changing or removing the color in Google follows at the next import, and a category picked yourself is kept. **Categories are not sent to Google Calendar or Outlook as colors**, and Outlook's own categories are not read. Members' 「予定あり」 never shows a category. While members are laid over yours, their events are drawn in that person's color, not the category's.

**Editing the categories (admins only):** in the right panel, 「分類」 → 「編集」 opens 「予定の分類」. For each category: the switch turns it on or off (an off category disappears from 「分類」 and its events show blue), the pencil changes its name, color (blue, yellow, orange, green, purple, red, or gray), and 「どんな予定か(自動の分類が読みます)」 — the description the automatic choice reads, so concrete examples help. The categories that come with the product cannot be deleted; once changed they get a ↺ button to go back to the original. **「分類を追加」 adds your own category** (up to 20); your own categories can be deleted (press the trash twice), and their events then show blue. Changes are recorded in the audit log. Members can see the categories but not change them.

Categories are not exported to Google Calendar or Outlook, and the AI in chat, the CLI, and MCP cannot set an event's category.

## SIROE tasks on the calendar

With 「SIROE のタスク」 on, **cards on SIROE boards that are assigned to you and have a start or due date** appear as all-day bars (green, 「タスク:」 for screen readers). Cards in a board's done column are hidden. **Clicking a bar opens the card on its board** (`/siroe/<ページ ID>`); a bar cannot be opened in a new tab, and it cannot be dragged to change the dates — change them on the card. When there are many cards, it says 「期限の近いタスク <件数> 件だけを表示しています。」. If the cards cannot be loaded, it says 「タスクを取得できませんでした」. Only your own tasks are shown — other members' tasks are not overlaid.

## Asking the AI in chat

**The AI in chat can use this calendar for you** — ask 「来週の予定を教えて」, 「田中さんと空いている時間は?」, or 「明日 15 時に佐藤さんと打ち合わせを入れて」. It can list events over a period (up to 62 days at a time) with other members' busy times laid over yours — for events you are not invited to it sees only 「予定あり」 and the time, never the title — read one event, create an event and invite members, groups (expanded to the people in them at that moment), and outside guests by email (and attach a meeting), change or delete an event you created, and answer 「参加」 / 「不参加」 / 「未定」 to an invitation. **Every change asks you to approve it first** (an approval card in chat). It follows the same rules as the screen: it cannot change or delete someone else's event or an imported one, and **it cannot create a repeating event** — make that on this screen (it can delete one occurrence or the whole series of an existing one). The import and export settings are only on this screen. This is separate from connecting Google Calendar as an external service, which lets the AI use that Google Calendar itself (`references/webui-connections.md`).

## Exporting to Google Calendar or Outlook

At the bottom of the right panel, **「外部カレンダーと同期」** has one **「同期」** button for your own Google Calendar or Outlook connection; it shows what is on (「オフ」, 「書き出し」, 「取り込み」, 「書き出し・取り込み」, or 「取り込みに失敗」 in red). Pressing it opens a small window with two switches: **「予定を書き出す」** copies events you organize out to it, and **「予定を取り込む」** brings its events in (see below). The explanation sits in the tooltip of the ⓘ button next to the heading. It is off by default and set per person.

- **No connection yet** — only the link 「Google カレンダーか Outlook をつなぐ」 (`/settings/connections`). Only **your own private connection** of Google Calendar or Outlook can be chosen; a shared connection is not listed.
- **Turning it on** — press 「同期」 and flip 「予定を書き出す」. With two or more connections, pick one in 「同期先」 (each choice shows the Google Calendar or Outlook logo). **Only events created after you turn it on are exported**; earlier events stay in this calendar only. From then on, creating, editing (title, time, place, attendees), and deleting an event is reflected in your external calendar within a few seconds.
- **Attendees** — members you invite are added as guests with their verified email, and outside guests with the email you typed, so **they receive an invitation email** from Google or Outlook. Their own calendars are not written directly. A linked meeting adds one line to the end of the event's description: its join link (`/m/<参加リンク>`), which members and people outside the tenant both use — while that link works and you also created the meeting. Otherwise (after 「無効にする」, after the meeting ends, once the link has expired, for an in-person meeting, or when someone else created the meeting) the line is the meeting's own URL (`/meetings/<id>`), which only members can open. **Changes to the linked meeting follow:** renaming the meeting renames the event (here and in the external calendar), 「再発行する」 replaces the join link in the description, and moving the meeting to the trash deletes the event here and in the external calendar (restoring the meeting does not bring the event back).
- **Only the organizer's events** — invitations you received are not exported. Turning it off stops sending; events already exported stay in the external calendar.
- **When it fails** — the event's details show 「<Google カレンダー / Outlook> へ書き出せませんでした」 with a reason (「接続が切れています」, 「この接続では予定を書き込めません」, 「連携先のサービスで受け付けられませんでした」) and the button 「もう一度書き出す」. While sending it shows 「…へ書き出しています」. Reconnect in 外部サービス first when the connection is broken.

**Importing (「予定を取り込む」)** — in the 「同期」 window, turn it on to copy the events of your main Google Calendar or Outlook calendar, **from 7 days ago to 60 days ahead**, into this calendar **once a day**; 「今すぐ取り込む」 imports right away and says what changed (「3 件を取り込み、1 件を更新しました」). Under the switch it shows 「最後に取り込んだ日時」, or the reason it failed (「接続が切れています」, 「この接続では予定を読めません」, 「連携先のサービスで受け付けられませんでした」). Events changed there are updated here at the next import, and events deleted there (within that period) are removed here. Repeating events there come in as separate events. **An imported event can be edited here, but not deleted** — its details say 「<Google カレンダー / Outlook> から取り込んだ予定」 and show 「編集」 but no 「削除」 (delete it in that calendar). Its edit window has no guest, repeat, or meeting fields; the title, time, place, and description can be changed. 「<Google カレンダー / Outlook> にも反映する」 (checked by default, chosen at every save) also sends the change to that calendar — only the fields you changed. Unchecked, the change stays only here, and later imports keep it for those fields (fields you did not change still follow that calendar, and an event deleted there is still removed here). While it is being sent, the details show 「… へ反映しています」; if it fails, 「… に反映できませんでした」 with the reason and 「もう一度反映する」. Outlook cannot take a switch between all-day and timed, so the box cannot be checked for that change (「Outlook へは終日と時刻の切り替えを反映できません。」). When only the start of the description was imported, the description cannot be changed here (「説明は全文を取り込めていないため、… で変更してください。」). **Attendees:** from Google Calendar, guests whose Google-verified email matches a member of this tenant come in as attendees with the answer they gave there, and the other guests come in as outside guests (marked 「社外」, by email, with no answer; members and outside guests together up to 50, members first). Samurai App sends them nothing; from Outlook the only attendee is you. Other members who overlay your schedule see it as 「予定あり」. **Answering an imported event** — 「参加」 / 「不参加」 / 「未定」 on an event imported from Google Calendar is also sent to that person's own Google Calendar (yours, or a linked member's, when that person has chosen a Google Calendar connection in this calendar's import or export settings); until it is sent, later imports keep your answer here. Answers on Outlook events stay here only. Events this calendar exported are not imported back — **including an event another member created here and exported to their Google Calendar with you as a guest**: it is already on your calendar, so it is not added a second time; likewise, when several members import the same Google event, it appears once with all of them as attendees. Turning importing off stops it; events already imported stay. Shared or secondary calendars are not imported, and changes do not arrive instantly — at most one day later, or when you press 「今すぐ取り込む」. Repeating events are not exported (an exported event changed into a repeating one is removed from the external calendar), and reminders are not available. Separately, your own Google Calendar or Outlook can be shown as receive-only rooms in the unified chat — 「今日の予定」 and invitations (`references/webui-workspace-channels.md`); those rooms do not add events here.
